Job Summary

Glisten is looking for an energetic and self-motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting the company's IT services and consulting solutions. This role is ideal for candidates with excellent communication skills who are eager to build a career in B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Pipeline Building

Identify, target, and acquire new B2B client accounts across target industries.
Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and LinkedIn.
Qualify inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns.

.Consultative Selling & Solution Delivery

Conduct deep-dive discovery meetings with key stakeholders (CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, Procurement) to assess business and technical needs.
Collaborate with internal pre-sales engineers and technical teams to architect tailored IT solutions and scope out project deliverables.
Lead formal sales presentations, pitch decks, and live product/solution demonstrations.

Deal Closing & Account Management

Write and deliver detailed proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and Request for Proposals (RFPs).
Negotiate contract terms, pricing models (Time & Materials, Fixed Price, Managed Services), and SLAs.
Maintain ownership of the client relationship through project kickoff, ensuring a smooth handoff to delivery teams and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Pipeline & Reporting

Maintain accurate forecasts and track all sales activities, contacts, and deal stages in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Achieve and consistently exceed quarterly and annual quota targets.
Monitor industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging enterprise technology demands.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: 1-3 years of successful B2B sales experience specifically selling IT services, custom software, cloud migration, managed services, or IT consulting.
Track Record: Proven history of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
Technical Aptitude: Strong baseline understanding of enterprise IT concepts (Cloud infrastructure, DevOps, Enterprise Applications, Cybersecurity, Custom Software Development, AI/ML integration).
Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and executive presentation skills. Ability to translate technical jargon into clear business ROI.
Contract Familiarity: Solid understanding of IT contracting, pricing structures, MSAs, and SOW execution.
Tools: Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and modern sales intelligence tools
Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving license is mandatory.*
Willingness to travel for client meetings.
