Job Description – Senior HR Recruiter

Job Title: Senior HR Recruiter

Work Mode: Work From Office
Working Hours: 09:00 AM – 06:30 PM
Experience: 3–5 Years

About the Role

Ecog Core Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior HR Recruiter with 3–5 years of professional experience in HR and recruitment.

The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, team handling, client management, recruitment operations, and hiring targets. The role requires a strong HR professional who can independently manage multiple requirements, guide the recruitment team, coordinate with clients, and ensure timely position closures.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
Understand manpower requirements and develop suitable recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and other channels.
Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate candidate interviews with clients and hiring managers.
Handle salary negotiations, notice period discussions, and offer coordination.
Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline.
Ensure timely and quality closure of open positions.

2. Team Handling & Leadership

Lead, mentor, and manage the HR/recruitment team.
Allocate recruitment requirements based on priorities and team capabilities.
Monitor individual and team performance against targets.
Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Support team members in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate closures.
Develop strategies to improve recruitment productivity and efficiency.
Maintain accountability, discipline, and proper workflow within the team.

3. Client Handling & Relationship Management

Act as a primary point of contact for assigned clients and hiring managers.
Understand client requirements, job descriptions, skills, experience, and hiring expectations.
Maintain professional communication with clients throughout the recruitment process.
Share qualified candidate profiles within agreed timelines.
Coordinate client interviews and follow up for feedback.
Resolve recruitment-related concerns and ensure timely action.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
Ensure client satisfaction through quality candidate delivery and timely closures.

4. HR & Recruitment Operations

Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records using ATS/recruitment platforms.
Prepare recruitment MIS reports, dashboards, and performance reports.
Track sourcing, interview, selection, joining, and closure metrics.
Ensure proper recruitment documentation and process compliance.
Identify recruitment process gaps and implement improvements.
Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Monitor and achieve individual and team recruitment targets.

Required Experience

3–5 years of professional experience in HR, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition.
Mandatory experience in team handling and recruitment team management.
Mandatory experience in client handling and client relationship management.
Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Experience managing multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously.
Experience coordinating with clients, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
Recruitment consultancy or staffing experience is an added advantage.
Hands-on experience with Zoho Recruit, Naukri Recruiter, or similar ATS platforms.

Educational Qualification

Any Bachelor's Degree.
MBA – HR or equivalent HR qualification is an added advantage.
