Junior Digital Marketing Associate

About AE Global Group

Abroad Eduversity Global Group (AE Global Group) is an international education-focused organization helping students explore and pursue higher education opportunities across global destinations. We are looking for a creative, proactive and digitally savvy Junior Digital Marketing Associate to support our growing digital presence and student lead-generation activities.

The role will involve social media management, content creation, SEO, digital campaigns, lead generation, analytics and online brand promotion. These are commonly combined responsibilities in entry-level digital marketing roles, particularly within education and EdTech.

Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Management

Manage AE Global Group's social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
Assist in developing and maintaining a monthly social media content calendar.
Create, schedule and publish engaging posts, reels, stories and promotional content.
Monitor social media trends, hashtags, formats and audience engagement.
Respond to basic comments, messages and audience interactions professionally.
Track growth in followers, reach, engagement and leads.

2. Content Creation

Assist in creating content related to:
Study Abroad
International Universities
Courses & Programmes
Scholarships
Student Success Stories
Admission Updates
Events & Webinars
Educational and career-related topics
Write captions, short-form content, blogs and promotional copy.
Coordinate with the Design and Video Team for creatives, reels and other marketing assets.
Assist in creating quick social media creatives using Canva or similar tools.

3. SEO & Website Support

Assist with basic on-page and off-page SEO activities.
Conduct basic keyword research for education and study-abroad-related topics.
Assist in optimizing website pages, blogs, headings, meta descriptions and content.
Support backlink-building and other basic off-page SEO activities.
Monitor website visibility and organic traffic.
Assist with Google Search Console and Google Analytics reporting.

4. Digital Campaign Support

Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
Support Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns under the supervision of the marketing team.
Assist with audience research, campaign creatives, ad copies and campaign monitoring.
Track leads generated through digital campaigns.
Coordinate with the B2C/Admissions team to understand lead quality and campaign performance.

5. Lead Generation & Marketing Support

Support digital activities aimed at generating student enquiries and admissions leads.
Monitor lead-generation campaigns and promotional activities.
Coordinate with the B2C team to understand lead conversion and campaign requirements.
Assist in promoting webinars, seminars, events and university-related activities.

6. Analytics & Reporting

Track social media, website and campaign performance.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly digital marketing reports.
Monitor metrics such as:
Reach
Impressions
Engagement
Website traffic
Leads
Conversion
Cost per Lead
Campaign performance
Identify trends and suggest improvements based on performance data.

7. Competitor & Market Research

Research competitors in the study-abroad and international education sector.
Monitor competitor social media pages, campaigns and content strategies.
Identify new digital marketing trends, platforms and content opportunities.
Stay updated with changes in social media algorithms and digital marketing practices.

Social media growth and engagement
Content publishing consistency
Number and quality of digital leads generated
Website traffic growth
SEO improvement
Campaign performance
Content reach and engagement
Timely submission of marketing reports
Execution of assigned digital campaigns
Overall contribution to brand visibility and lead generation

Required Skills

Basic understanding of Digital Marketing, SEO, SMM and SEM.
Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
Basic knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads is preferred.
Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Basic knowledge of Canva or other creative-design tools.
Good content writing and copywriting skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong analytical and research skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Ability to understand marketing data and prepare reports.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Media or any related field.
A certification in Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
Freshers with relevant internships, certifications or practical projects may be considered.

Preferred Experience

0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, content marketing or a similar role.

Freshers with a strong understanding of digital marketing and a good portfolio/project work are welcome.
