Full job description

Job Overview

Shubh Polymers is looking for a hands-on E-Commerce & Digital Growth Manager to take ownership of our complete digital growth ecosystem across B2C and B2B channels. The ideal candidate should be commercially driven, analytical, proactive, and capable of converting digital activities into measurable growth in traffic, leads, orders, revenue, and brand visibility.

This is not a routine catalogue management or social media posting role. We are looking for someone who can independently identify opportunities, execute strategies, analyse performance, optimise campaigns and marketplaces, and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

1. E-Commerce & Marketplace Management

Manage and grow presence across Amazon, Meesho, own website and other relevant marketplaces.
Optimise product listings, titles, descriptions, keywords, images, attributes and content.
Improve marketplace search rankings, visibility, traffic and conversion.
Monitor pricing, competitors, reviews, offers and marketplace performance.
Identify opportunities for new products, variants, bundles and use cases.

2. Sales & Conversion Growth

Drive growth in B2C orders, revenue and product-page conversion.
Analyse customer behaviour and identify conversion barriers.
Develop and test offers, campaigns, bundles and growth initiatives.
Track channel-wise sales and continuously improve performance.

3. SEO & Organic Growth

Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO.
Improve website and marketplace organic rankings.
Develop content strategies to increase organic traffic and visibility.
Monitor search performance and identify ranking opportunities.

4. Performance Marketing

Plan, execute and optimise Meta Ads and other relevant digital campaigns.
Manage customer acquisition, retargeting and conversion campaigns.
Track CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CAC, conversion rate and ROAS.
Continuously test creatives, audiences, campaigns and budgets.

5. Social Media & Brand Growth

Manage digital presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
Develop content strategies and calendars.
Drive reach, engagement, brand awareness and customer trust.
Convert social media attention into enquiries and sales.

6. B2B Lead Generation

Generate and manage qualified B2B leads through IndiaMART, TradeIndia, website, LinkedIn, Meta and Google.
Build lead-generation funnels and improve lead quality and conversion.
Coordinate with the sales team to track enquiries through conversion.
Support dealer/distributor and business expansion through digital channels.

7. E-Commerce Operations

Take ownership of the complete e-commerce flow:
Order → Processing → Packaging → Dispatch → Delivery → Customer Support → Returns/RTO
Monitor cancellations, delivery issues, returns, RTOs and customer complaints.
Identify recurring operational problems and implement solutions.8. Competitor & Market Analysis
Track competitor products, pricing, listings, keywords, reviews, offers, advertising and social media.
Identify market gaps and opportunities.
Recommend actions to improve our competitive position.

9. Analytics & Reporting

Monitor e-commerce, marketing, social media and B2B performance.
Prepare regular performance reports covering:
What happened → Why it happened → What should change → What happens next.
Make decisions based on data rather than activity alone.Required Skills & Experience
2–5 years of hands-on experience in E-commerce, Digital Growth, Performance Marketing, Marketplace Management, D2C/B2C or related roles.
Practical experience with Amazon and/or other marketplaces.
Strong understanding of SEO, marketplace ranking and conversion optimisation.
Experience with Meta Ads and performance marketing.
Understanding of B2B lead generation and customer acquisition.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Ability to independently manage projects and take ownership.
Strong communication and execution skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

B2C: Orders, revenue, conversion rate, marketplace growth
B2B: Qualified leads, enquiries, conversions and digitally generated orders
Marketing: ROAS, CAC, CPL, CPC, CTR and conversions
SEO: Rankings, organic traffic and visibility
Social & Brand: Reach, engagement, audience growth and business enquiries
Operations: Order processing, delivery performance, returns, RTO and customer issues

Compensation

₹3,00,000 annual fixed CTC + performance incentives up to ₹50,000/year.

An additional 1% incentive on qualifying B2B orders directly generated through the candidate’s digital efforts may apply, subject to the overall annual performance incentive cap.
