Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Head will own the end-to-end digital marketing strategy for IITIL. This role is responsible for driving qualified lead generation, increasing brand visibility, improving website performance, and building a scalable digital marketing engine that supports business growth.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of B2B marketing, demand generation, performance marketing, marketing automation, content strategy, analytics, and account-based marketing (ABM). Experience in marketing technology solutions, AI, cloud, enterprise software, or IT services is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute IITIL's global digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Build integrated marketing campaigns across paid, organic, social, email, and content channels.
- Define quarterly and annual marketing roadmaps with measurable KPIs.
- Continuously identify new growth opportunities and optimize marketing performance.
Demand Generation & Lead Acquisition
- Build scalable lead generation programs targeting enterprise decision-makers.
- Drive Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
- Design and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns.
- Improve lead quality while optimizing acquisition costs.
- Work closely with sales teams to improve lead conversion and revenue contribution.
Performance Marketing
- Lead paid campaigns across:

- Build and execute ABM campaigns targeting enterprise accounts.
- Collaborate with business development teams to identify high-value target accounts.
