About the Role

We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Strategist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, understands performance-driven content, and can create strategies that help brands grow across digital platforms. You will work closely with designers, video editors, social media managers, and the performance marketing team to develop impactful campaigns that drive engagement, leads, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute end-to-end content strategies aligned with brand objectives and marketing goals.
Plan and manage content across organic and paid digital channels.
Build structured content calendars, campaign roadmaps, and content plans.

Copywriting & Content Development

Write compelling copy for social media, advertisements, websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and brand communications.
Create scripts for reels, advertisements, explainer videos, testimonials, and educational content.
Ensure all content reflects the brand voice and resonates with the target audience.

Content Review & Quality Control

Provide strategic direction and detailed briefs to content writers.
Review, edit, and optimize content to ensure clarity, consistency, and effectiveness.
Guide writers with constructive feedback to improve overall content quality.

Performance Marketing Support

Collaborate with the performance marketing team to develop conversion-focused content.
Optimize content using campaign insights, A/B testing, and performance data.

AI & Content Innovation

Explore and leverage AI tools for research, ideation, content creation, scripting, and workflow optimization.
Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and marketing trends.
Recommend innovative content approaches while maintaining originality and quality.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with design, video production, social media, and marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh campaign ideas.
Take ownership of content deliverables and ensure timely execution.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience as a Content Strategist, Content Marketing Specialist, Copywriter, or a similar role.
Agency experience is highly preferred.
Strong expertise in content strategy, copywriting, storytelling, and campaign planning.
Experience managing content writers and reviewing content quality.
Good understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, and performance marketing.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms is an added advantage.
Excellent communication, editing, planning, and analytical skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and performance-driven environment.
