Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience
· Welcome every customer with warmth and professionalism.
· Understand customer needs through consultative selling.

· Explain product features, craftsmanship and brand stories confidently.

Sales
· Achieve individual and store sales targets.

· Promote cross-selling across all four brands.
· Upsell complementary products wherever appropriate.
· Convert walk-ins into loyal customers.
· Build a personal clientele and maintain regular follow-ups.
Brand Representation
Become the face of the brand by:

Product Knowledge
Develop expert knowledge of:
· Men's jewellery

Customer Relationship Management
· Capture customer information accurately.
· Maintain customer purchase history.
· Follow up with prospective customers.
· Inform customers about new launches and collections.
· Encourage referrals and repeat business.
· Resolve customer concerns professionally.
Store Operations
· Ensure displays remain attractive and organized.
· Handle opening and closing responsibilities.
· Assist in inventory counting and stock management.
· Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the boutique.
· Follow security and SOP guidelines.
· Coordinate with designers and management whenever required.
Digital Selling
· Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp and social media.
· Share catalogues and product recommendations.
· Assist with online orders.
· Generate leads through digital channels.
· Create customer engagement using photos and videos when required.
Visual Merchandising
· Maintain premium product presentation.
· Refresh displays regularly.
· Follow VM guidelines.
· Ensure products are displayed according to brand standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Graduate preferred. Diploma or certification in Retail, Fashion, Luxury Retail or Hospitality will be an added advantage.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in premium retail sales.
