Job Description – Social Media Executive

Position: Social Media Executive

Department: Marketing

Location: Dadar, Mumbai - Maharashtra

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brand presence across various social media platforms. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media campaigns, increasing brand awareness, and driving customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

 Manage and maintain company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook,

LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X, etc.).

 Plan, schedule, and publish posts according to the content calendar.

 Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and customer

queries.

2. Content Creation

 Create engaging captions, posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.

 Coordinate with designers, photographers, and videographers for content

development.

 Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

3. Campaign Execution

 Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and promotions.

 Coordinate with internal teams for product launches, events, and marketing

activities.

 Track campaign performance and suggest improvements.

4. Analytics & Reporting

 Monitor social media performance using analytics tools.

 Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

 Analyze engagement, reach, impressions, and follower growth.

5. Trend Monitoring

 Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

 Identify opportunities for viral and trending content.

 Conduct competitor analysis and benchmark performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or related

field.

 1–3 years of experience in social media management.

 Strong understanding of all social media platforms.

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, and social media

analytics tools.

 Basic understanding of paid advertising campaigns is preferred.

 Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Experience

 Experience in Retail, Fashion, Apparel, Digital Marketing or E-commerce industry.

Salary Range: As per company standards and candidate experience.

Working Days: Monday - Saturday

Joining Requirement: Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
