Brand Strategist

Company: Weltor Media Group
Location: Remote (India)
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 1–2 Years
Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)

We're looking for a Brand Strategist who can think beyond social media trends and create strong brand foundations that help our clients grow.

Key Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive brand strategies tailored to each client's business goals.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience research.
Define brand positioning, messaging, tone of voice, and unique value propositions.
Create content pillars and campaign strategies for social media and digital platforms.
Collaborate with content writers, designers, video editors, SEO specialists, and performance marketers to ensure strategic alignment.
Prepare client presentations, strategy decks, and creative briefs.
Analyze campaign performance and recommend strategic improvements.
Stay updated with industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging marketing opportunities.
Participate in client meetings and confidently present strategic recommendations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing strategy, or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of branding, consumer psychology, and marketing principles.
Excellent research and analytical skills.
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to think creatively while making data-driven decisions.
Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT is a plus.
Familiarity with Google Workspace, Canva, PowerPoint, and project management tools is preferred.
