Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) who is passionate about sales, relationship management, and business growth. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong B2B sales background who enjoy meeting clients, identifying opportunities, and converting prospects into long-term business partnerships.
The selected candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, including schools, colleges, universities, educational groups, coaching institutes, and EdTech companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the education sector.
- Meet decision-makers including School Principals, Directors, Trustees, Management Teams, and College Authorities.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Promote Host2Unlimited's Digital Marketing, Branding, Website Development, SEO, Social Media Marketing, PR, and Admission Marketing solutions.
- Generate quality leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, referrals, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp outreach.
- Understand client requirements and recommend customized marketing strategies.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales opportunities.
- Build long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure excellent customer experience.
- Coordinate with internal creative, marketing, and operations teams for smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, CRM updates, client reports, and daily activity records.
- Represent the company at educational events, exhibitions, seminars, networking meets, and industry conferences.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
Candidate Profile

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Commerce, or any relevant discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, Client Acquisition, Marketing, or B2B Sales.
- Prior experience in a Digital Marketing Agency, Branding Agency, Advertising Agency, IT Services, Education Industry, EdTech, or SaaS company will be highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing concepts including SEO, Social Media Marketing, Paid Advertising, Website Development, Branding, and Lead Generation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
