Position: Sales Consultant – Passenger Vehicles (PV) & Electric Vehicles (EV)

Job Summary

We are looking for energetic, customer-focused, and target-driven Sales Consultants to join our Mahindra and Kia dealerships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling both Passenger Vehicles (PV) and Electric Vehicles (EV), delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery while consistently achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist walk-in, online, and referral customers in a professional manner.
Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable Mahindra or Kia vehicle based on their needs and budget.
Conduct product presentations, vehicle demonstrations, and test drives.
Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, variants, financing options, exchange offers, insurance, warranties, accessories, and after-sales services.
Educate customers about Electric Vehicle (EV) technology, including battery performance, driving range, charging methods, charging infrastructure, maintenance, government incentives, and total cost of ownership.
Address customer queries related to EV charging, battery warranty, service requirements, and ownership experience.
Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, digital platforms, telecalling, field activities, and dealership events.
Follow up with prospective customers to maximize sales conversions.
Build long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Registration, Accessories, and Delivery teams to ensure a smooth and timely vehicle delivery process.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM/DMS system.
Participate in promotional campaigns, roadshows, exhibitions, and dealership marketing events.
Stay updated with the latest product launches, competitor offerings, market trends, and EV developments.
Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.

Eligibility

Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
0–3 years of experience in automobile sales, retail sales, banking, insurance, or customer-facing roles.
Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.
Valid Driving License is preferred.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/DMS systems.
