Job Description – Talent Acquisition ExecutivePosition

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles. The ideal candidate should have experience sourcing quality talent across diverse industries, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions across various experience levels.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, role expectations, and workforce planning.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, campus hiring, and networking platforms.
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and evaluate candidates based on technical and behavioral competencies.
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring teams while ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
Maintain strong candidate engagement and provide timely communication throughout the hiring process.
Prepare salary proposals, negotiate compensation within approved budgets, and support offer rollouts.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Track recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and hiring quality.
Ensure recruitment documentation, ATS records, and candidate databases are updated and compliant.
Support employer branding initiatives, campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and social hiring campaigns.
Stay updated on industry hiring trends, talent availability, and market compensation benchmarks.

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with exposure to both IT and Non-IT recruitment.
Experience hiring across technical, corporate, business support, sales, operations, and functional roles.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.
Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle, interview coordination, and hiring best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

Hands-on experience in technical sourcing and niche hiring.
Knowledge of Boolean search techniques and LinkedIn talent mapping.
Experience with campus hiring, bulk hiring, and lateral recruitment.
Strong analytical and reporting skills using recruitment dashboards.
Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
