We’re building something real in AI — and we need someone to lead it from the inside. As AI Solutions Lead, you’ll own the AI and automation practice at Rivulet IQ: leading a team of AI/automation professionals, working on your own projects hands-on, and serving as the bridge between what clients need and what the team delivers. You’ll coordinate closely with Account Managers who own the client relationship — your job is to make sure the work is sharp, on time, and actually solves the problem.
This role is for someone who takes initiative without being asked, holds a high bar for quality, and knows how to keep a team moving in the right direction.
This role is for someone who enjoys:
- Staying hands-on technically while also leading a team
- Owning quality end-to-end, from requirement to final handoff
- Solving genuinely hard, current problems in AI and automation
- Setting the standard for how AI solutions get built and documented
If you’re someone who wants both deep technical ownership and real leadership responsibility, this role gives you both.
