Started in a small room of 120 square feet on 26th May,1992 in Hyderabad with one center, T.I.M.E. has just completed 32 years of service to the student community – helping to build a few hundred thousand careers along the way. From one office to 251 offices has been a long and satisfying journey for T.I.M.E.'s promoters who had chucked their high flying corporate jobs to pursue their dream and passion!

T.I.M.E. is today acknowledged as a multi-location, multi-programme training specialist run on corporate lines and offers a wide range of programmes not only for national and state-level entrance exams like the CAT, MAT, GMAT, GRE, IELTS and TOEFL. Through its Campus Recruitment Training conducted at various engineering colleges across the country every year, T.I.M.E. trains thousands of students in aptitude tests and communication skills as a part of preparing them for their campus placements. In keeping with its tradition of always maintaining a watchful eye on market trends and tapping them, T.I.M.E. has introduced training programmes for Bank PO & Clerical exams, SSC CGLE, GATE, CDS, CSAT(paper 2) and CLAT.

T.I.M.E. has achieved an important milestone of training more than 22 lakh students since inception and over 1.5 lakh students in FY 2017-18 for the various entrance examinations.
TIME Trivandrum is one of the earliest centers of TIME and was started in 1998. Over the years the centre has grown to be one of the best training institutes in Kerala. We are looking at candidates who can take up the critical position of Academic Counsellor at TIME Trivandrum

Responsibilities and Duties

Student Counselling: Provide one-on-one counselling sessions to prospective and current students. Understand students' academic goals, strengths, and weaknesses to provide tailored advice. Assist students in choosing appropriate courses and programs based on their interests and career aspirations.
Admissions Guidance: Guide students through the admissions process, including application forms, deadlines, and required documents. Provide information on entrance exams, eligibility criteria, and preparation strategies.
Academic Support: Monitor and track students' academic progress and provide necessary support and resources. Organize and conduct orientation sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance students' learning experience. Coordinate with faculty and administration to address students' academic concerns and requirements.
Parent Interaction: Communicate with parents regarding their child's progress, attendance, and performance. Address parents' queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of student interactions, progress reports, and counselling sessions. Prepare regular reports for management on counselling activities and student performance.
