About the Role

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and data-driven Brand Manager with a Master's degree and 1.5+ years of relevant experience to lead our brand growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and executing brand strategies, planning marketing campaigns, launching new products, managing digital presence, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to strengthen brand awareness and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities: Brand Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
Build and maintain a strong and consistent brand identity across all platforms.
Plan and execute product launches and marketing campaigns.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights.
Identify new market opportunities and growth strategies.
Maintain and update brand guidelines.

Marketing & Campaign Management

Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, content writers, photographers, and agencies.
Develop and manage social media content strategies.
Plan influencer marketing campaigns and brand collaborations.
Execute seasonal promotions and product campaigns.
Manage email marketing and customer engagement initiatives.

Product Marketing

Develop product positioning and messaging.
Prepare product launch strategies and go-to-market plans.
Create brochures, presentations, product catalogs, and promotional materials.
Ensure consistency of product information across websites and marketplaces.

E-commerce & Website Management

Coordinate with Shopify developers for website improvements.
Work closely with SEO specialists to improve organic visibility.
Optimize product pages and landing pages for conversions.
Monitor website performance and customer experience.

Performance Analysis

Track campaign performance and marketing KPIs.
Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities.
Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
Recommend improvements based on campaign data and insights.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with design, development, content, and sales teams.
Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and influencers.
Ensure timely execution of marketing activities.
Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.
