DNA Learning is one of Kerala’s fastest-growing educational institutions dedicated to preparing students for competitive examinations such as NEET and JEE through innovative teaching methodologies, personalized mentoring, and academic excellence. We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead both our online and offline marketing initiatives.

Job Summary

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring all marketing activities of DNA Learning. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, creative thinking, and analytical skills to increase brand awareness, generate student admissions, and strengthen the institution’s presence across digital and traditional platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Online Marketing

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Develop strategies for lead generation and student admissions.
Manage SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, and content creators to produce engaging marketing content.
Monitor website traffic and optimize conversion rates.
Plan and oversee social media calendars, campaigns, and engagement strategies.
Analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools and prepare monthly reports.

Offline Marketing

Plan and execute school outreach programs, seminars, career guidance sessions, and educational events.
Build and maintain relationships with schools, educational institutions, and community organizations.
Coordinate promotional activities including banners, hoardings, pamphlets, newspaper advertisements, and local branding campaigns.
Organize educational exhibitions, scholarship exams, admission drives, and awareness campaigns.
Identify new opportunities to enhance local brand visibility.

Brand Management

Ensure consistency of the DNA Learning brand across all marketing materials.
Develop innovative campaigns that strengthen the institution’s market position.
Protect and enhance the organization’s public image.

Team Management

Lead and coordinate the marketing team.
Work closely with academic, admissions, and creative departments.
Manage external agencies and vendors whenever required.

Market Research

Study competitors and industry trends.
Identify new marketing opportunities and student acquisition channels.
Conduct surveys and analyze market insights to improve marketing effectiveness.

Budget & Performance

Prepare annual and monthly marketing budgets.
Optimize marketing expenditure for maximum ROI.
Track KPIs including enquiries, admissions, lead conversion rates, campaign performance, and brand reach.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
MBA in Marketing is preferred.
3+ years of marketing experience (experience in the education sector is an added advantage).

Experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads.
