Candidate should have been in Sales of IBMS (Fire Alarm, Public Address, Enterprise security, Fire Suppression, Water mist system, WLD, Rodent Repellent, Panel Flooding, Access Control, CCTV, Boom/Flap Barriers, BMS, EMS, etc) Solutions.

Should have good connect with all stakeholders in the market. Alternatively, should be involved in Design, Business Development of IBMS Solutions.

Experience in other products/solutions/projects or customer segments may be considered if there are common touchpoints in terms of market, consultant connect etc.

Strong connect with enterprise customers with all key stakeholders from procurement, technical & project management.

Should have experience in handling large enterprise opportunities including enterprise security solution.

Good connect with EPC/General contractors to engage from design stage to procurement stage

Role & responsibility:

1. Achieve growth and hit sales in enterprise security vertical

2. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands Siemens customer base and ensure its strong presence in market

3. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs from enterprise security standpoint

4. Work closely with the end customer, consultants and other key influencers.

5. Work collaboratively with regional team like operations, design & engineering for smooth and effective customer engagement

6. Ensure internal business processes & coordination with key stakeholders for meeting business deliverables

Soft Skills:

Willingness to learn, Self-driven, determined to succeed in tough competitive environment, Ability to drive consensus across multiple stakeholders with conflicting expectations, both internal and external.

Education

Engineering / Bachelor’s degree (or educational equivalent)

10+ years’ experience in Building technologies, or relevant industry experience with at least 6-8 years of Proven track record managing Sales Account and successful business performance.
