Job Description – Digital Marketing Specialist / Performance Marketer

Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist / Performance Marketer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketer with strong expertise in Meta Ads, lead generation, campaign optimization, and digital marketing tools.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience creating, scheduling, managing, and optimizing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns, with a proven ability to generate high-quality leads at an efficient cost.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, schedule, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
Develop lead-generation strategies focused on quality leads, conversions, and ROI.
Set up and optimize Meta Ads Manager campaigns, including:
Lead Generation campaigns
Conversion campaigns
Traffic and engagement campaigns
Retargeting campaigns
Custom and Lookalike Audiences
Create and manage ad sets, audiences, budgets, placements, creatives, and bidding strategies.
Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize CPL, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and lead quality.
Test different ad creatives, copy, audiences, offers, placements, and campaign structures through A/B testing.
Manage daily/weekly campaign budgets and scale successful campaigns while controlling costs.
Set up and monitor Meta Pixel, Conversions API, events, and conversion tracking where required.
Analyze lead quality and coordinate with the sales team to identify which campaigns are generating genuine business opportunities.
Build and optimize retargeting funnels for website visitors, social media users, video viewers, and previous leads.
Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Stay updated with changes to Meta Ads, algorithms, targeting options, privacy policies, and advertising best practices.
Work with designers, content creators, and sales teams to develop high-performing marketing campaigns.
Explore and utilize relevant digital marketing, analytics, CRM, automation, scheduling, and reporting tools.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing/performance marketing.
Strong practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Facebook/Instagram advertising.
Demonstrated experience generating quality leads through paid advertising.
Strong understanding of campaign objectives, audience targeting, retargeting, bidding, budgeting, and campaign optimization.
Experience with lead funnels and conversion optimization.
Good understanding of Google Analytics/GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Looker Studio, CRM platforms, email marketing tools, and marketing automation platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven marketing decisions.
Good understanding of digital marketing metrics such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rate, and lead-to-customer rate.
Strong communication and reporting skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines independently.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing significant monthly advertising budgets.
Proven track record of reducing CPL while improving lead quality.
Experience with e-commerce, real estate, education, healthcare, finance, or other lead-generation industries.
Experience working with CRMs and lead management systems.
Knowledge of landing page optimization and conversion-rate optimization (CRO).
Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and organic social media.
Meta Blueprint or other recognized digital marketing certifications are a plus.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Success in this role will be measured through:

Number and quality of leads generated.
Cost Per Lead (CPL).
Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
Conversion rate.
Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), where applicable.
Lead-to-customer conversion rate.
Campaign scalability and budget efficiency.
Overall contribution to revenue and business growth.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is hands-on, analytical, creative, and performance-oriented—not someone who only knows how to boost posts.

The ideal candidate should understand the complete process from campaign planning → audience targeting → ad creation → scheduling → lead capture → tracking → optimization → lead-quality analysis → scaling.

Candidates with a proven portfolio or case studies demonstrating successful Meta lead-generation campaigns will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
