About RVM Beyond

RVM Beyond Private Limited (brands: RVM CAD, RVM Build, RVM Automation) is India's largest company-owned (non-franchise) industrial skilling organization. Four operational branches: Faridabad (HQ), Pune, Ahmedabad, Lucknow. Fundraised, profitable since inception, scaling to 8-10 mega-campus cities over the next 5 years. Founded and led by a BITS Pilani engineer.

The Role

Own the HR function end-to-end for RVM Beyond. This is a compliance and enforcement seat — the HR Bible exists, policies exist, the frameworks are in place. What is missing is disciplined execution. You will run payroll, statutory compliance, warnings, terminations, POSH, grievances, appraisals, and the annual loyalty bonus cycle across four branches. You will be the second decision-maker on people matters after the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll, Attendance & Statutory Compliance

Monthly payroll processing across all 4 branches (100+ employees) with zero disbursement delays.

Attendance and LOP reconciliation.

Statutory payments — PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity — filed on time, every month, no exceptions.

Maintain statutory registers under Shops & Establishments Act across 4 states.

Handle labour officer visits, inspections, and notices with the CEO informed but not involved.

Constitute and maintain POSH Internal Committees at each branch.

Policy Enforcement & Discipline

Enforce the RVM HR Bible (74 pages, v4.2) as the operating rulebook across all branches.

Draft and issue warning letters, show-cause notices, termination letters.

Execute terminations end-to-end — including full and final settlement, experience letter, NOC.

Handle POSH complaints per the constituted IC process.

Run bond enforcement and recovery for early leavers.

Grievance handling — investigate, document, close within defined timelines.

Performance, Retention & Loyalty

Annual increment cycle within the 15% org cap and salary bands set by CEO.

Execute the Loyalty Bonus Policy — half-yearly reviews, milestone tracking, timely payouts.

Career ladder implementation once published — tag every eligible employee, run promotion reviews.

Recruitment Oversight

Oversee HR-round interviews for all mid-level and senior hires — the last filter before offer.

Coordinate with Ashutosh (Recruiter) on shortlisting standards and interview logistics.

Own the joining experience — documentation, Day-1 induction on the HR Bible.

Reporting & CEO Interface

Weekly HR dashboard to CEO — open cases, headcount changes, statutory calendar, Bible compliance %.

Monthly attrition breakdown by branch and cause.

Quarterly people-plan review with CEO.

Must-Have Qualifications

8-12 years of HR experience with at least 5 years in a compliance/enforcement/operations HR role.

MBA / PGDM in HR from any recognized institute (tier of college is not a filter).

Prior sector: manufacturing, training/skilling, industrial services, engineering firm, plant, or multi-branch operating company.

Prior company size: 80-500 employees per role. Not larger, not smaller.

At least one job of 4+ years tenure in the last 10 years.

Strong labour law knowledge: PF Act, ESI Act, POSH Act, S&E Act (multi-state), Payment of Wages, Bonus, Gratuity.

Hands-on payroll processing experience (any tool — Salary Box, Zoho People, GreytHR, manual).

Multi-site HR handled — minimum 2 locations in a previous role.

Fluent verbal Hindi and written English.

Named enforcement wins — must be able to walk through at least 2 real terminations executed end-to-end.

Nice-to-Have

Diploma or certification in labour law (NALSAR, ILI, XLRI open-course).

Prior experience in a founder-led or fast-growing company.

Experience constituting POSH ICs from scratch.

Experience handling labour officer notices or inspection responses.
