Position: Business Development Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Manager to help us expand our client base and generate new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, connecting with decision-makers, understanding their business requirements, preparing proposals, and converting prospects into clients.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Client Acquisition

Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, online research, and other relevant channels.
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, filter, and research potential prospects based on industry, company size, location, job title, and other relevant criteria.
Build targeted prospect lists and identify key decision-makers such as CEOs, Founders, Directors, Marketing Managers, and Business Owners.
Connect with potential clients through LinkedIn and initiate personalized conversations.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline of qualified prospects.

LinkedIn & Sales Navigator Prospecting

Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator extensively for B2B lead generation and prospecting.
Search for and identify companies that may require website development, digital marketing, or mobile application development services.
Use Sales Navigator filters, saved searches, lead lists, and account lists to identify relevant prospects.
Research prospects and their companies before initiating communication.
Send personalized LinkedIn connection requests and follow-up messages.
Track prospect engagement and continuously nurture potential leads.

Proposal & Sales Activities

Understand client requirements and prepare professional proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Coordinate with the technical/development team to understand project scope, timelines, and pricing when required.
Present company services and solutions to prospective clients.
Negotiate with clients and work toward closing deals.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects through email, LinkedIn, phone, and online meetings.

Email Outreach & Cold Calling

Research prospective companies and identify relevant business opportunities.
Draft and send personalized business development and sales emails to potential clients.
Conduct cold calls when required to introduce company services and generate business opportunities.
Follow up consistently with leads generated through LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, email campaigns, referrals, and other channels.

Market & Company Research

Conduct detailed research on target companies, their websites, digital presence, competitors, and technology requirements.
Identify businesses that could benefit from website development, digital marketing, or mobile application development.
Research industry trends and identify new markets and potential client segments.
Analyze prospects before outreach to create relevant and personalized sales pitches.

Client Relationship Management

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand client business objectives and recommend appropriate digital and technology solutions.
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, proposals, and sales activities.
Regularly update the sales pipeline and report business development activities.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Experience in B2B lead generation and client acquisition.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong company and prospect research skills.
Ability to identify and connect with key decision-makers.
Experience in preparing business proposals and quotations.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and follow-up skills.
Comfortable with email outreach and cold calling.
Ability to understand and explain IT/digital services to prospective clients.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach.
Good knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
