Leshrac Electricals Pvt Ltd is a fast-growing end-to-end electrical goods trading company serving contractors, builders, retailers, and homeowners across Delhi. We stock leading brands — Legrand, ABB, Polycab, Finolex, Havells, Philips, and more — and are expanding into system integration and outstation markets. We operate out of Bhagirath Palace, Kotla Mubarakpur, and our upcoming Okhla warehouse.

Role Summary

The Tele Sales Executive is responsible for building and growing Leshrac's customer base by acquiring new contractors, electricians, and trade buyers — and retaining existing ones through consistent, relationship-driven service. They own their territory, and ensure every customer knows what Leshrac stocks and why they should buy from us.

This is a high-ownership, target-driven role where your results are visible every week.

Key Responsibilities

Own your territory — conduct daily market visits to contractors, electricians, hardware shops, and project sites within your assigned area; build strong, trust-based relationships.

Generate new business — identify and onboard new B2B customers; convert leads from references, cold calls, and field prospecting.

Grow existing accounts — increase order frequency and order size from existing customers by proactively informing them of new products, offers, and availability.

Lead Generation & Outbound Sales

· Conduct cold and warm outbound calls to contractors, builders, electrical retailers, and outstation buyers to generate new sales leads.

· Pitch Leshrac’s product portfolio, highlighting leading authorized brands including Legrand, ABB, Polycab, Finolex, Havells, and Philips.

· Introduce and cross-sell upcoming system integration solutions and expand brand presence in outstation target markets.

Client Consultation & Quotation

· Identify specific electrical requirements for residential, commercial, or retail projects and recommend suitable product lines.

· Prepare, negotiate, and follow up on formal price quotes, tenders, and discount structures promptly.

· Build and retain strong relationships with repeat B2B clients, ensuring Leshrac remains their primary vendor for upcoming projects.

· Meet and exceed set monthly sales targets, outbound call quotas, and conversion metrics.

Requirements

Must-Have:

1–4 years of tele sales experience in electrical, hardware, building materials, or related B2B trade.
Existing network of contractors, electricians, or hardware dealers in Delhi NCR is a strong advantage.
Strong communication skills in Hindi; basic English for reporting.
Comfortable using WhatsApp and Google Sheets for order tracking and reporting.

Good to Have:

Knowledge of electrical products — MCBs, cables, switches, lighting, conduits, wiring accessories.
Experience handling B2B credit accounts and collections.
Familiarity with Bhagirath Palace or Kotla Mubarakpur trade ecosystem.
