ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic, articulate, and creative Technical Growth & Content Specialist to drive our

marketing and presales pipeline for our cutting-edge 3D Mixed Reality solutions. In this unique dual-engine

role, you will bridge the gap between creative execution and strategic business growth. You will be

responsible for translating complex spatial technology into high-impact visual stories across social platforms,

while simultaneously conducting high-quality, targeted outbound outreach to fix live demo appointments with

enterprise decision-makers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Engine 1: Content Creation & Social Media Management (50%)

Visual Storytelling: Translate complex, abstract 3D Mixed Reality concepts into engaging, highly

digestible, and visually stunning short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn videos) and

graphics.

Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing initiatives and campaigns

tailored explicitly to capturing and generating inbound enterprise business leads.

Copywriting & Content Strategy: Script compelling, high-retention hooks, write engaging B2B

captions, and draft high-value external newsletters or case studies highlighting product

breakthroughs and client achievements.

Community Engagement: Actively manage and cultivate our brand presence across LinkedIn, Meta

platforms, and YouTube; monitor social media performance analytics closely to iterate content and

optimize audience growth.

Engine 2: Specialized Outreach & Presales Appointment Setting (50%)

Account-Based Research: Adopt an investigative approach to systematically map out, research,

and understand key stakeholders (including CEOs, Tech Directors, and Innovation Leads) at target

enterprise accounts.

High-Value Cold Outreach: Conduct deeply personalized, tailored outbound outreach sequences

via phone, email, and LinkedIn to introduce our custom Mixed Reality applications.

Appointment Fixing: Confidently navigate conversations, overcome technical objections, establish

consultative professional rapport, and successfully book qualified demo appointments for our

technical closing team.

Pipeline Management: Maintain meticulous and structured logs of all prospect interactions, followup

timelines, and scheduled appointments within the tracking system.

IDEAL PROFILE & QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Core Background: Degree or professional training in Communications, Journalism, Public

Relations, or a strongly related humanities field.

Media Production Skills: Hands-on proficiency with modern short-form video editing workflows (e.g.,

CapCut, Premiere Pro) and asset design toolkits (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

Elite Communication: Exceptional verbal and written articulation with a natural ability to command clarity,

project confidence, and speak professionally on the phone with corporate leadership.

Investigative Drive: A persistent, curious mindset comfortable with chasing high-value corporate targets,

handling daily rejections constructively, and treating outreach like an enterprise reporting assignment.

Technical Agility: Rapid conceptual learner eager to thoroughly master the vocabulary of spatial

computing, 3D development pipelines, and immersive technology to speak with native industry authority.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
