Meta Performance & E-Commerce Expert

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Meta Performance & E-Commerce Expert to manage and scale our online growth through Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and e-commerce optimization. The ideal candidate combines strong performance marketing skills with a deep understanding of e-commerce funnels, customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Meta Performance Marketing

Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.

Develop full-funnel Meta strategies for customer acquisition, retargeting, and retention.

Conduct audience research, segmentation, and competitor analysis.

Create and test different ad creatives, copy, audiences, placements, and offers.

Monitor key performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPM, CPC, CVR, and revenue.

Continuously optimize campaigns to improve profitability and scale.

Manage campaign budgets and allocate spend based on performance.

Identify opportunities to scale winning campaigns while controlling acquisition costs.

Work closely with creative teams to develop high-performing ad concepts and creatives.

Stay updated on Meta Ads platform changes, algorithms, tracking, and best practices.

E-Commerce Growth

Develop strategies to increase online sales, conversion rate, average order value, and customer lifetime value.

Analyze the complete customer journey from ad click to purchase.

Identify and resolve conversion bottlenecks across product pages, landing pages, checkout, and payment flows.

Conduct product, pricing, offer, and promotion analysis.

Develop strategies for upselling, cross-selling, remarketing, and repeat purchases.

Analyze sales and customer data to identify growth opportunities.

Collaborate with website, content, design, and operations teams to improve the overall shopping experience.

Support the implementation and optimization of tracking, analytics, pixels, events, and conversion APIs.

Performance Reporting & Analytics

Prepare regular performance reports covering advertising spend, revenue, ROAS, CAC, conversions, and profitability.

Use data to identify trends, problems, and opportunities.

Translate performance data into clear, actionable recommendations.

Maintain accurate campaign and e-commerce dashboards.

Requirements

2–5+ years of experience in Meta Ads/performance marketing and e-commerce.

Proven experience managing and scaling paid social campaigns with measurable revenue results.

Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversions API, retargeting, and attribution.

Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms.

Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics and unit economics.

Experience with GA4 and analytics/reporting tools is preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work with large datasets and make data-driven decisions.

Strong understanding of creative testing and performance-oriented ad content.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of performance targets.

Key Performance Indicators

Success in this role will be measured by:

Revenue growth

ROAS improvement

Reduction in CAC/CPA

Increase in conversion rate

Growth in average order value

Increase in repeat purchases and customer lifetime value

Successful scaling of profitable Meta campaigns

Overall improvement in e-commerce profitability

The ideal candidate is commercially minded, highly analytical, and obsessed with performance. You don't simply manage ad campaigns—you understand how advertising connects with the entire e-commerce business and know how to turn traffic into profitable revenue.
