Experienced Digital Marketer – Meta Ads & Google Ads

About Evgrow Marketing

Evgrow Marketing is a growing digital marketing agency helping businesses build their online presence, generate qualified leads, acquire customers, and grow through digital marketing and technology solutions.

We are looking for an Experienced Digital Marketer who has hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Lead Generation, Performance Marketing and Website Sales.

This is a Work From Home / Remote position, but the candidate must be currently based in Kolkata, West Bengal.

Job Summary

The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring and optimizing digital marketing campaigns for the company and its clients.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, Lead Generation Campaigns, Conversion Optimization and Website Sales.

The candidate should be comfortable working with campaign budgets, analyzing performance data and continuously optimizing campaigns to improve leads, conversions and ROI.

Key Responsibilities1. Meta Ads / Facebook & Instagram Ads

Plan, create and manage Meta Ads campaigns.
Set up and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
Create Lead Generation, Messages, Traffic, Engagement and Conversion campaigns.
Perform audience research, targeting and retargeting.
Create and test different ad sets, audiences, creatives and campaign strategies.
Monitor CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rate and overall campaign performance.
Optimize campaigns based on performance and business objectives.
Identify and resolve campaign performance issues.

2. Google Ads / PPC

Plan, launch and manage Google Ads campaigns.
Manage Search, Display, Remarketing and other relevant Google Ads campaigns.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
Create and optimize Google Ads campaigns for lead generation and sales.
Monitor CPC, CTR, conversion rate, cost per lead and ROAS.
Optimize keywords, search terms, bids, audiences and ad copies.
Track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.

3. Lead Generation

Develop and execute lead generation strategies for different businesses.
Generate qualified leads through Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Understand target audiences and create appropriate campaign strategies.
Analyze lead quality and optimize campaigns to improve qualified lead generation.
Work with the sales team to understand lead quality and conversion performance.
Continuously improve CPL and lead-to-customer conversion.

4. Website Sales & Digital Service Sales

The candidate should understand how to generate leads and sales for website development and digital marketing services.

Responsibilities include:

Promote website development and digital marketing services through paid advertising.
Understand website development packages and digital marketing services.
Create advertising strategies for website sales.
Generate potential business-owner leads.
Understand customer requirements and campaign objectives.
Optimize campaigns to generate business inquiries and sales opportunities.

5. Campaign Analytics & Reporting

Monitor daily campaign performance.
Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for improvement.
Prepare regular campaign performance reports.
Track important KPIs such as:
CPL (Cost Per Lead)
CPC (Cost Per Click)
CTR (Click-Through Rate)
CPM
Conversion Rate
ROAS
Lead Quality
Cost Per Acquisition
Provide recommendations based on campaign performance.

Required SkillsMust-Have Skills

Minimum 2+ years of hands-on Digital Marketing experience.
Strong practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
Strong practical knowledge of Google Ads.
Experience in Lead Generation Campaigns.
Experience in Performance Marketing.
Understanding of Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads.
Understanding of Google Search Ads / PPC.
Experience with website sales / website development lead generation.
Knowledge of audience targeting and retargeting.
Ability to analyze advertising data and optimize campaigns.
Good understanding of digital marketing funnels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Candidate Requirements

Candidate must be currently located in Kolkata, West Bengal.
Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in Digital Marketing.
Must have hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Must understand Lead Generation and Website Sales.
Should be able to work independently in a remote environment.
Should have good communication skills.
Should be comfortable analyzing campaign data and taking optimization decisions.
Should be responsible, proactive and target-oriented.
Candidates should have a stable internet connection and a suitable work-from-home setup.

Work Schedule

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Break: 1 Hour
Sunday: Weekly Off
Work Mode: Work From Home / Remote

Salary

₹15,000 per month – In-Hand Salary

Salary may be reviewed in the future based on performance, skills, responsibilities and contribution to the company's growth.
