Digital Marketing & B2B Lead Generation Executive

About Adwik Ventures

Adwik Ventures is an India and UAE-based B2B procurement and global sourcing company helping businesses source industrial products, machinery, raw materials and commercial commodities from reliable suppliers across India and China.

We are expanding our India business and looking for a motivated Digital Marketing & B2B Lead Generation Executive to join our team on a full-time remote basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in B2B digital marketing, lead generation, international business and sales.

What You Will Do

Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, Google, email marketing and other digital channels.
Research potential customers and decision-makers in India, UAE and international markets.
Identify Procurement Managers, Purchase Managers, Sourcing Managers, Import Managers, Business Owners and other relevant decision-makers.
Build and maintain targeted B2B prospect databases.
Conduct LinkedIn prospecting and outreach.
Prepare and execute email marketing campaigns.
Assist with Google Ads campaigns and lead-generation campaigns.
Support SEO activities including keyword research, on-page SEO and content optimization.
Create B2B marketing content for LinkedIn, website and other platforms.
Research competitors and identify new business opportunities.
Monitor website traffic, leads and campaign performance.
Maintain daily and weekly lead-generation reports.
Work directly with the Founder/CEO to develop and execute business-development campaigns.
Follow up with prospects and help convert enquiries into qualified RFQs.

What We Are Looking ForExperience

0–2 years of experience

Freshers with strong knowledge of digital marketing and a genuine interest in B2B sales/lead generation are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

Basic to good knowledge of digital marketing.
Understanding of SEO.
Understanding of Google Ads.
LinkedIn marketing and prospecting.
Email marketing.
Lead generation.
Good internet research skills.
Good written and spoken English.
Basic knowledge of Google Analytics/Search Console is an advantage.
Ability to use Excel/Google Sheets.
Good communication skills.
Willingness to learn and take responsibility.

Freshers

Freshers are welcome if you have:

Completed a digital marketing course/certification
Internship or project experience
Good knowledge of LinkedIn, SEO, Google Ads and lead generation
Strong communication skills
A proactive and sales-oriented mindset

We are more interested in your ability, attitude and willingness to learn than simply your years of experience.

Important

This is not a social-media-posting-only job.

Our main objective is:

Digital Marketing → B2B Leads → RFQs → Sales Opportunities → Business Growth

Candidates interested primarily in creating Instagram posts or Canva designs without an interest in lead generation may not be suitable for this position.

Performance Expectations

The selected candidate will be expected to gradually build and manage:

B2B prospect databases
LinkedIn outreach
Email campaigns
SEO activities
Google Ads campaigns
Lead-generation campaigns
Weekly performance reports

Performance will be measured primarily by qualified leads and business opportunities generated, not simply followers, likes or impressions.
