Position: Sales Intern
Department: Sales & Business Development
Employment Type: Paid Internship
Duration: 3 Months
Work Mode: Remote
Location: Remote / Work From Home
Stipend: ₹3k-5k per month
Additional Compensation: Performance-Based Incentives
Potential PPO: Performance-based opportunity for a full-time role

About the Role

Axionis Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Intern to join our Sales & Business Development team.

The intern will gain hands-on experience in B2B technology sales, lead generation, prospecting, client communication, sales outreach, CRM management, and business development while contributing to the company's client acquisition and growth activities.

This role is suitable for candidates who are confident communicators, willing to learn, and interested in building a career in Sales, Business Development, IT Sales, or Client Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Intern will be responsible for:

Researching and identifying potential B2B clients for Axionis Technologies.
Building and maintaining a database of prospective clients and decision-makers.
Generating leads through LinkedIn, email, online research, cold calling, and other relevant channels.
Conducting initial outreach to prospective clients through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other professional channels.
Understanding prospect requirements and identifying potential business opportunities.
Introducing Axionis Technologies' services to prospective clients in a professional manner.
Following up with leads and maintaining regular communication.
Scheduling meetings and product or service discussions with qualified prospects.
Assisting the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, quotations, and other sales materials.
Maintaining accurate lead, prospect, and follow-up records in the CRM or designated sales tracker.
Monitoring the sales pipeline and providing regular updates on lead status.
Conducting basic market and competitor research.
Supporting client relationship-building activities.
Coordinating with technical and management teams when required for client discussions.
Working toward assigned activity-based and performance-related goals.
Preparing regular reports on outreach activities, leads generated, meetings scheduled, and conversions.
Continuously learning about Axionis Technologies' services and understanding how they solve business problems.

Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace.

Important Information

This is a paid remote internship with a fixed monthly stipend.

The fixed stipend is independent of performance-based incentives. Additional incentives, if applicable, will be based on defined performance criteria.

A Certificate of Internship will be provided upon successful completion of the internship in accordance with the applicable company requirements and policies.
