Homedge Interior Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and detail-driven Operation Executive to join our Operations team. This role sits at the heart of our project delivery engine — bridging design, procurement, and on-site execution to ensure every client project is delivered on time, within budget, and to Homedge's quality standards.

Job Overview
The Operation Executive manages the day-to-day execution of multiple client projects in the interior solutions and modular furniture space. The role bridges design, procurement, and on-site execution, coordinating with internal teams (Design, Logistics, Purchase) and external stakeholders (clients, architects, vendors, and site teams).
The role also provides on-ground team leadership to fitters, helpers, and external vendors including cleaning, electrical, and carpentry agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and manage vendor quotations for carpentry, electrical, cleaning, and other site-specific services; coordinate payments and maintain records
- Coordinate with the Design team for 2D/3D drawing approvals and ensure execution aligns with latest approved drawings
- Monitor quality standards on-site; inspect work and resolve issues before client handover
- Serve as the primary on-site liaison with clients and architects, addressing concerns and coordinating technical matters
- Manage day-to-day execution of assigned projects simultaneously — timelines, material collection, and smooth completion
- Conduct site measurements and surveys; maintain comprehensive project documentation
Supervise fitters and helpers — allocate tasks, ensure productivity, and resolve on-site challenges independently
- Coordinate with Design, Logistics, Purchase, and Supply Chain teams to resolve project blockers
- Oversee material collection, storage, and execution work — installation, fitting, carpentry, electrical, and finishing
- Support purchase order tracking, invoice verification, and vendor payment status communicationKey Result Areas (KRAs)

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in project execution within interior solutions or modular furniture industry
- Working knowledge of site measurements, technical drawings, and design specifications
- Familiarity with vendor management, quotation sourcing, and procurement processes
- Understanding of quality standards and site inspection techniques
- Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets for tracking and documentation
- Willingness to travel across multiple active project sites in Ahmedabad
