1. Sales Executive (Recommended)

Job Title: Sales Executive – Tiles, Sanitary Ware, Plumbing & Hardware, and Marble

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our showroom. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting tiles, sanitary ware, plumbing materials, hardware products, and marble while providing excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their requirements and budget.
Explain product features, specifications, and pricing.
Prepare quotations and follow up on customer inquiries.
Maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, builders, architects, and interior designers.
Meet monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the warehouse for product availability and deliveries.
Keep the showroom clean, organized, and well-displayed.
Stay updated on new products and market trends.

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in building materials or retail sales.
Knowledge of tiles, sanitary ware, plumbing, hardware, or marble products is preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and billing software).
Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.

2. Showroom ManagerJob Description:

The Showroom Manager will oversee daily showroom operations, manage the sales team, ensure customer satisfaction, maintain inventory, and achieve business growth.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily showroom operations.
Lead and motivate the sales team.
Monitor sales performance.
Handle key customer inquiries.
Coordinate inventory and stock management.
Ensure excellent customer service.
Prepare sales reports.

3. Store KeeperResponsibilities:

Maintain inventory records.
Receive and inspect incoming materials.
Issue products according to sales orders.
Coordinate stock replenishment.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness.
Conduct regular stock verification.

4. Billing ExecutiveResponsibilities:

Prepare invoices and quotations.
Process customer payments.
Maintain billing records.
Coordinate with the accounts department.
Handle customer billing inquiries.

5. Customer Service ExecutiveResponsibilities:

Attend walk-in and telephone inquiries.
Assist customers with product information.
Schedule deliveries.
Resolve customer complaints.
Follow up on orders and after-sales service.
