Role Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and driven MBA freshers from college students to join our team as Trainee Sales and Marketing professionals. This is a full-time opportunity that offers a comprehensive learning experience, paving the way for a rewarding career in sales and marketing within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Learn and understand our suite of IT solutions and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential clients.
Assist the senior sales and marketing team in prospecting, lead generation, and market research activities.
Support in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives aimed at lead generation and brand awareness.
Engage in client interactions, presentations, and negotiations under the guidance of senior team members.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information using our CRM software.

Requirements:

Recent MBA graduates specializing in Sales and Marketing.
Strong passion for sales, marketing, and the IT industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
