Job Role:

We are looking for a confident, presentable, and result-driven Field Marketing & Business Development Executive to represent our Corporate Cab Startup across the Tricity region (Mohali, Chandigarh & Panchkula). In this role, you will connect with corporate decision-makers including Managers, Directors, VPs, CEOs, and CXOs, generate business opportunities, schedule meetings, and deliver impactful presentations of our Corporate Cab Software/Application. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, networking, public speaking, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to convert opportunities into long-term business partnerships.

Job details:

Job position: Field Marketing & Business Development Executive
Qualification: MBA, Mass communication, or Business Management Degree
Experience: 2-3 years in (IT or SaaS Sales/ Marketing/ Business Development)
Job Location: Sec-74, Phase 8B Industrial area, Mohali
Salary Package: 35-50 + Incentives
Shift Timings: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM (UK Shift)
5 Working days, Full-time Job, Field Work + Office Work
60% field engagement and 40% office coordination
First Preference: Own Activa/Bike/Car + Valid Driving License
Reimbursement within the Working hours will be paid by the company

Required Skills:

Experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Corporate Client Acquisition.
Strong experience in Lead Generation, Lead Qualification, Lead Filtration, and Sales Conversion.
Proven experience in Client Coordination and Relationship Management.
Experience in pitching products/services to senior leadership professionals including Managers, Directors, VPs, CEOs, CXOs, and Founders.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong confidence in conducting face-to-face corporate meetings and presentations.
Ability to build trust and establish long-term business relationships.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive approach towards business development.
Good understanding of B2B sales and corporate sales processes.
Knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting is preferred.

Good to have skills:

Presentable and professional personality.
Strong public speaking and presentation delivery skills.
Comfortable with 60% field work and 40% office work.
Passionate about networking, client interactions, and business growth.
Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities through field marketing, networking, and corporate outreach activities.
Conduct lead generation, prospect research, and lead qualification to build a strong sales pipeline.
Connect and coordinate with key decision-makers including Managers, Directors, VPs, CEOs, CXOs, Founders, and other leadership professionals.
Schedule appointments and business meetings with prospective corporate clients.
Deliver professional product demonstrations and presentations of the Corporate Cab Software/Application.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable transportation solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders.
Follow up on leads, negotiate business opportunities, and drive sales conversions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of meetings, client interactions, and sales activities through CRM tools.
Represent the company professionally at corporate meetings, networking events, and business discussions.
