Ten 11 Hospitality Private Limited is a fast-growing hospitality organization specializing in premium executive lounges across airports and railway stations in India. We are committed to operational excellence, compliance, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Position: Assistant Manager – Accounts

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Assistant Manager – Accounts to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and audit coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial controls, with the ability to work independently in a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Verify vendor invoices and process timely payments.
Coordinate payroll accounting entries with the HR team.
Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory compliances.
Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and applicable financial regulations.
Coordinate with auditors during internal, statutory, and tax audits.
Monitor fixed assets and depreciation schedules.
Prepare MIS reports, financial dashboards, and management reports.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Identify process improvements and strengthen internal financial controls.
Audit & CA Firm Exposure: Minimum 3–5 years in CA Firm audit teams or multi-unit operations heavy industry handling statutory and internal audits.
High-Volume POS & Gateway Reconciliation: Proven expertise in daily matching of POS sales against UPI, Card Gateways, Aggregators, and Bank Statements. (preferred)
Taxation & Compliance Mastery: Independent execution of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, 2B vs. Purchase Reconciliation, TDS calculation/returns (194C, 194I, 194J), and 26AS matching and knowledge on IND AS
Payables & Inventory Control: Strict enforcement of 3-way matching (PO, GRN &Invoice) for F&B inventory and vendor ledger reconciliations.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com).
MBA (Finance) preferred.

Experience

4–7 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
Experience in the Hospitality, Retail, or Service Industry will be an added advantage.
IND-AS works experience is mandatory

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime or ERP software.
Working knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, basic formulas) and MS Office & Google Sheets.
Experience with accounting software and financial reporting tools.
