Our services include Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Admission Marketing, Website Development, Branding, Content Marketing, SEO, PR, Influencer Marketing, Reputation Management, Professional Photography & Videography, Event Marketing, and Creative Campaigns.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Coordinator who is organized, creative, and proactive to manage social media activities across multiple client accounts.

The candidate will be responsible for content coordination, campaign execution, client communication, social media management, and timely delivery of marketing activities. The role requires someone who can manage multiple accounts, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure that campaigns are executed smoothly from planning to completion.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & Content Management

Manage day-to-day social media activities for multiple client accounts.
Develop monthly content calendars, posting plans, and campaign schedules.
Coordinate with content writers, designers, video editors, photographers, and other creative teams.
Review creative assets and ensure they meet client requirements and brand guidelines.
Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Maintain consistency in brand tone, visual identity, and communication.

Client Coordination

Act as a key point of contact for day-to-day social media communication with clients.
Share content plans, creative drafts, campaign updates, and performance reports for approval.
Collect, organize, and communicate client feedback clearly to internal teams.
Follow up on approvals and ensure projects move forward without unnecessary delays.
Build positive and professional relationships with clients.

Campaign & Project Coordination

Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, promotional activities, and brand initiatives.
Coordinate photoshoots, video shoots, school events, exhibitions, and other content requirements.
Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed within agreed deadlines.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
Support paid marketing and digital campaign activities in collaboration with the performance marketing team.

Community & Performance Management

Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and other audience interactions.
Encourage meaningful audience engagement and maintain an active online community.
Track important social media metrics including reach, impressions, engagement, followers, and content performance.
Prepare weekly and monthly social media reports.
Identify areas for improvement based on analytics and campaign results.

Research & Trend Analysis

Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, content formats, and audience behaviour.
Research competitors and identify new opportunities for content and campaign development.
Suggest fresh content ideas and creative approaches to improve engagement and brand visibility.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Journalism, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, Content Coordination, or an agency environment.
Practical knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms.
Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Workspace, and social media scheduling tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good client coordination and follow-up abilities.
Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing, social media advertising, and digital marketing.
Ability to handle multiple clients, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced agency environment.
Willingness to travel for client meetings, shoots, events, and on-site content requirements when required.
