Marketing Assistant Manager / Executive – B2B / Steel Industry

Ganges Internationale Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team and support our B2B marketing, customer coordination, sales follow-up, MIS, payment follow-up, and plant coordination activities.

We are looking for a confident, well-organized and result-oriented professional with experience in B2B Marketing / Sales, preferably from the Steel, Engineering or Manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day customer follow-up for enquiries, requirements, orders and pending matters.
Coordinate with customers and internal departments to ensure timely closure of customer requirements.
Follow up with customers regarding pending payments and outstanding receivables in coordination with the Finance team.
Coordinate with the plant, production, dispatch, sales and other departments for customer-related requirements.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports, sales reports and customer follow-up trackers.
Track ATPAC pending replies and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
Check and coordinate PVC (Price Variation Clause) working and related information.
Maintain proper records of customer communication, enquiries, follow-ups and pending activities.
Support the marketing/sales team in preparing reports, presentations and other management information.
Assist in digital marketing activities and online business promotion.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical/plant team wherever required.
Build and maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective B2B customers.
Ensure timely follow-up on assigned activities and provide regular updates to management.

Required Qualification

BE / B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering preferred.
DME + MBA or BE/B.Tech + MBA candidates may also be considered.

Experience

3–5 years of relevant experience in Marketing / Sales / Business Development.
Candidates with experience in Steel, Engineering, Manufacturing or other B2B industrial companies will be preferred.
Experience in a B2B Marketing / Sales department is highly desirable.

Required Skills

Good English communication skills – verbal and written.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
Strong customer follow-up and coordination skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to coordinate with customers, plant, sales, finance and internal departments.
Ability to understand engineering products and basic technical drawings.
Basic understanding of PVC / Price Variation Clause will be an advantage.
Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing will be an advantage.
Good confidence, ownership and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple follow-ups and tasks simultaneously.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of customer follow-ups, maintain accurate MIS, coordinate effectively with the plant and internal teams, and ensure pending activities are followed through to closure.

Candidates who have experience in B2B industrial marketing/sales, steel or engineering companies are encouraged to apply.

Salary

Up to Rs 50,000 CTC per month

Salary will be considered based on qualification, relevant industry experience, communication skills, confidence and overall suitability for the role.
