We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Lead Generation Expert to join our Business Development team and contribute to expanding our global client base.

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and research-oriented Lead Generation Expert with experience in LinkedIn lead generation and Upwork. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify, research, and connect with qualified decision-makers who require IT services.

LinkedIn will be the primary platform for lead generation, networking, and client outreach, while Upwork will be used as the secondary platform to identify and pursue relevant business opportunities.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent research skills, strong written communication, and the ability to generate qualified B2B leads through personalized outreach and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities: LinkedIn Lead Generation (Primary)

Generate qualified B2B leads primarily through LinkedIn.
Identify and connect with decision-makers, including Founders, CEOs, CTOs, Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and HR Heads.
Use LinkedIn search filters, Boolean Search, and advanced prospecting techniques to identify potential clients.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients.
Send personalized connection requests, outreach messages, InMails, and follow-up messages.
Build professional relationships through consistent engagement and networking.
Research companies to understand their business, hiring trends, technology stack, and potential IT requirements.

Upwork Lead Generation (Secondary)

Identify relevant IT projects and business opportunities on Upwork.
Analyze client requirements and submit customized proposals.
Coordinate with internal teams to prepare suitable responses whenever required.
Follow up with prospects and maintain proposal records.

Business Research & Database Management

Generate qualified leads for IT services, including:
Custom Software Development
Web Application Development
Mobile Application Development
UI/UX Design
QA & Testing
Cloud Solutions
AI/ML Solutions
Dedicated Development Teams
Maintain an organized database of companies, decision-makers, and prospects.
Update CRM, Google Sheets, or internal tracking systems with accurate lead information.
Schedule qualified meetings for the Business Development team.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.

Required Skills

1–3 years of experience in Lead Generation, Business Development, or IT Sales.
Proven experience in LinkedIn Lead Generation for B2B IT services.
Hands-on experience with Upwork.
Strong understanding of LinkedIn search filters and Boolean Search.
Excellent internet research and prospecting skills.
Ability to identify and qualify potential clients.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong email writing and LinkedIn outreach skills.
Basic understanding of software development and IT services.
Proficiency in Google Sheets or MS Excel.

Preferred Skills

Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Familiarity with Apollo, Lusha, Hunter.io, Clay, or similar prospecting tools.
Knowledge of CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for research, outreach, and proposal writing.
Experience targeting clients in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, or Europe.
