Full job description

1. ABOUT THE COMPANY

Solution Bowl (India) Private Limited is a Gurugram-based software engineering and artificial intelligence services company established in 2017. The Company designs and delivers custom software, web and mobile applications and AI-driven solutions for clients in India and overseas, and markets two proprietary products:

CodePulse – an AI-powered engineering-intelligence platform for engineering leaders and Chief Technology Officers.
AudAItly – an AI-powered website-audit product for digital agencies.

2. POSITION SUMMARY

The Social Media Intern shall be responsible for creating content for, and managing, the official social media accounts of Solution Bowl, CodePulse and AudAItly, principally on LinkedIn, Instagram/FB, X (formerly Twitter) and YouTube. The intern shall own the content calendar, produce posts, creatives and short-form video, publish on schedule, manage community engagement and track performance for each brand, reporting to senior management.

This is a three-month internship intended as a pathway to full-time employment. Interns who demonstrate consistent quality, initiative and reliability shall be considered for confirmation to a permanent position at the end of the internship period.

3. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

3.1 Content Planning and Creation

Prepare and maintain a monthly social media content calendar for Solution Bowl, CodePulse and AudAItly.
Write posts, captions and short-form copy in clear, professional English, aligned to the brand voice of each account.
Create simple visual assets, carousels, reels and short videos using tools such as Canva, CapCut or similar, and coordinate with the design team for advanced creatives.
Repurpose Company material – case studies, product updates, blog articles and event participation – into social media content.

3.2 Publishing and Community Management

Manage the day-to-day operation of all three brands' accounts: schedule and publish content, maintain profile information and ensure consistent frequency and timing.
Monitor comments, messages and mentions; respond or escalate promptly and courteously.
Engage with relevant communities, industry pages and potential customers to grow reach and followers.

3.3 Research and Trend Monitoring

Track industry trends, competitor activity and platform updates, and propose content ideas accordingly.
Research relevant hashtags, groups, communities and influencers in the technology, SaaS and digital-agency space.

3.4 Reporting

Maintain a weekly tracker of posts published, reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth and website clicks by channel.
Prepare a brief monthly summary with observations on what performed well and recommendations for the following month.

4. LEARNING OUTCOMES

During the internship, the intern shall gain practical experience in:

Content planning, brand voice and copywriting for professional audiences;
Social media analytics, reporting and performance-driven content decisions;
Managing multiple brand accounts and coordinating with sales, marketing and product teams.

5. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

5.1 Essential

Graduate or final-year student in marketing, mass communication, journalism, design or a related discipline.
Strong written English with attention to grammar, tone and accuracy.
Active, informed user of LinkedIn, Instagram and X with a clear understanding of what performs on each platform.
Basic proficiency in Canva/Capcut or equivalent design tools and in short-form video editing.
Organised, reliable and able to work to a content calendar and deadlines.
Willingness to learn, take feedback and work on-site in Gurugram for the full internship period.

5.2 Desirable

Prior internship or freelance or any experience in social media or content marketing.
Interest in technology, software products or artificial intelligence.
Familiarity with scheduling tools (for example, Buffer, Hootsuite or Meta Business Suite) and with basic analytics.
Ability to appear on camera or record voice-overs for short-form video content.

6. STIPEND, DURATION AND CONFIRMATION

Duration: three (3) months from the date of joining.
Stipend: 80000-15,000 per month, payable monthly.
Confirmation: on satisfactory completion of the internship, and subject to performance, the intern may be offered a full-time position with the Company on terms to be communicated at that time. Confirmation is at the sole discretion of the Company and is not guaranteed.
An internship completion certificate shall be issued on successful completion of the internship period.
