Position Summary
Falcon Multi Services Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated professional to support the growth
of its USA-focused accounting and CPA services division. The role combines US client
coordination, client onboarding, business development, CRM management, reporting, and
coordination with CPA professionals across India. The successful candidate must have
excellent English communication skills, a strong interest in learning US accounting
practices, and the ability to build long-term relationships with US-based prospects and
clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate business opportunities from US-based prospects through outreach,
networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and business development activities.
- Coordinate with prospective and existing clients throughout the sales and service
lifecycle.
- Act as the primary liaison between US clients, Falcon management, and CPA
professionals across India.
- Schedule meetings, follow-ups, presentations, and virtual discussions with prospects
and clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and service agreements.
- Coordinate assignment progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Support US bookkeeping, accounting, payroll, tax, and compliance projects under
supervision.
- Research US accounting practices, compliance requirements, and industry trends.
- Maintain exceptional client service standards and client satisfaction.
US Client & Prospect Coordination
- Serve as the primary coordinator for prospective and existing clients in the United
States.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with business owners, CFOs, controllers,
accountants, and CPA firms.
- Understand client requirements related to accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, tax, and
compliance services.
- Prepare meeting notes, action items, and status updates for management.
- Handle client queries and ensure prompt responses.
Client Onboarding & Account Setup
- Lead and coordinate onboarding of new US-based clients.
- Conduct onboarding and discovery meetings.
- Prepare onboarding checklists and track onboarding milestones.
- Track onboarding timelines and ensure completion within agreed deadlines.
- Collect, review, organize, and maintain all required client documentation.
- Coordinate execution of engagement letters, NDAs, service agreements, and onboarding
forms.
- Set up client profiles in CRM and internal systems.
- Coordinate smooth transition from onboarding to service delivery.
- Provide guidance on reporting timelines, communication channels, and workflows.
Client Documentation Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic records of all client documents.
- Track document submissions and follow up on outstanding requirements.
- Ensure secure maintenance of client files in accordance with confidentiality policies.
- Prepare documentation packages for bookkeeping, accounting, payroll, tax, and
compliance engagements.
CRM Management & Reporting
- Maintain CRM records for prospects, clients, meetings, proposals, and opportunities.
- Track onboarding progress, business development activities, and service milestones.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports on lead generation, onboarding status, client
engagement, conversion rates, and revenue opportunities.
- Prepare KPI dashboards and management reports.
- Analyze CRM data and identify trends and opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or
related field.
- CPA trainee or strong interest in pursuing a CPA-related career (not mandatory).
- 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, administration, client servicing,
onboarding, or business development.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Comfortable interacting with US-based prospects and clients.
- Strong relationship management and coordination skills.
- Keen interest in learning US GAAP, bookkeeping, payroll, taxation, and compliance
practices.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently from home.
- Willingness to work during overlapping US business hours when required.
