Kreative Studio Lite LLP is a creative technology and digital solutions company specializing in website development, software development, UI/UX design, branding, digital marketing, content creation, and business transformation solutions.

We are seeking highly motivated and ambitious individuals who are passionate about sales, entrepreneurship, client acquisition, and business growth. This internship offers practical exposure to real-world business development processes and provides an opportunity to work closely with startup founders and industry professionals.

Role Overview

As a Business Development Associate Intern, you will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, generating leads, conducting client outreach, and supporting the company's growth initiatives. You will gain hands-on experience in B2B sales, lead generation, market research, business communication, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Research and identify potential clients across various industries.
Generate and maintain qualified lead databases.
Conduct cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and follow-up activities.
Schedule meetings and discovery calls with prospective clients.
Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, presentations, and business documents.
Maintain and update CRM records accurately.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand company services and solutions.
Generate business opportunities for:
Website Development
Software Development
UI/UX Design
Branding & Creative Services
Digital Marketing Solutions
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Build and nurture client relationships.
Support business growth and client acquisition initiatives.
Achieve assigned weekly and monthly lead generation targets.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Basic understanding of sales and business development concepts.
Confidence in speaking with clients through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
Strong research and data collection skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, CRM tools, and LinkedIn is an added advantage.
