Full job description

We have an opportunity for the role of a graduated Office admin cum HR Support role with 2 to 4 years of relevant, hands on experience at Koramangala 5th Block.

Skills / Criteria

Technical skills: use of PC, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Linguistic skills: English, Kannada
Must be a good communicator with good interpretation and communication skills.
Multitasking abilities.
Candidate must be energetic, smart, presentable and must possess a great deal of perseverance.
Must be highly trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality on all matters.
Possess good handwriting.
Possess Skills relevant to the job title.

Responsibilities:

Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls, enquiries from potential customers. Documenting, tracking, reporting the same.
Ensure reception / lobby / discussion areas, restrooms, and all other internal and external office area is clean, tidy and presentable.
perform follow-up tasks proactively, track pending / open action items for closure.
Manage plot/Villa bookings related activities. (provide post sales support as needed).
Filing and managing / maintaining various realty sector land related documentation.
Managing office related inward and outward registers, document movement registers, and associated registers.
Order front office, pantry, stationary, company branding supplies and maintain inventory of stock. Use of all items judiciously by self and others.
prepare vouchers, keep updated records of office expenses and costs, co-ordinate with accounts team and other staff members to meet business objectives.
Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, managing files, customer records, etc.
Accurate reporting of Facts, Provide periodic reports to Senior Management as per the mandate.
Interview scheduling, candidate followups, manage onboarding formalities, manage intranet bulletin board, and other HR activities and office admin activities as assigned.
Proactive collaboration with other staff / teams to fulfil job role and business needs effectively.

Remuneration shall be decided post interview and assessment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
