Location:- Kolkata, West Bengal and Rajendra Place (Delhi)

Job Type:- Full-Time

Job Description:-

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager who can promote our B2B & B2C Digital Products in the market. The ideal candidate should have experience in online and offline marketing, client acquisition, vendor onboarding, business development, and sales.

Candidates should be comfortable with field visits, meeting business owners, generating leads, giving product demonstrations, and converting prospects into customers.

The candidate must have excellent communication skills in Hindi and English and should be confident in presenting our products to clients.

Multi-Vendor E-commerce Platform
ERP Software
Property Portal
Motors Portal
Jobs Portals

Business Listing Portal
Other SaaS & Digital Solutions

Key Responsibilities:-

Sales & Business Development

Generate new business opportunities through field visits and online channels.
Meet potential clients, retailers, wholesalers, manufacturers, distributors, and business owners.
Give product presentations and live demonstrations.
Convert leads into paid customers.
Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
Build long-term relationships with clients.

Vendor On-boarding:-

Identify and onboard new vendors and merchants.
Explain product features, pricing, and business benefits.
Assist vendors during registration and onboarding.
Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors.

Marketing:-

Execute both Online and Offline Marketing activities.
Visit markets, commercial areas, and business hubs to promote company products.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns.
Suggest innovative marketing strategies to increase product visibility and sales.
Coordinate with the digital marketing team for promotional activities.

Customer Relationship Management:-

Handle customer queries professionally.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support.
Maintain customer and lead records in the CRM.
Conduct follow-ups with prospects and existing clients.

Required Skills:-

6 Months to –5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
Strong knowledge of Sales, Business Development, and Marketing.
Experience in Online and Offline Marketing.
Knowledge of E-commerce, ERP Software, SaaS Products, or Digital Platforms.
Experience in Vendor Onboarding and client acquisition.
Ability to prepare and execute marketing strategies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Fluency in Hindi and English (additional regional language is a plus).
Willingness to travel and conduct regular market visits.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Qualifications:-

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
Experience in selling software products, ERP solutions, SaaS platforms, or marketplace solutions will be highly preferred.
Experience working with B2B sales and enterprise clients is an added advantage.
