Full job description

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced eCommerce Executive to manage and grow the company's presence and sales across online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and other platforms.

The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end marketplace operations including product listings, catalogue management, inventory, marketplace advertising, sales performance, reporting and identifying new revenue opportunities through new marketplaces, quick commerce and cross-border eCommerce.

Strong hands-on experience with AI tools is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow seller accounts and product listings across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and other marketplaces.
Create and optimise product titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, images and A+ content.
Manage marketplace advertising campaigns such as Amazon PPC/Ads, Flipkart Ads and Meesho Ads.
Monitor and optimise ACOS, ROAS, sales and advertising spend.
Handle daily marketplace operations including orders, returns, claims, pricing, catalogue health and account health.
Monitor inventory and coordinate with warehouse/production teams to avoid stockouts and excess inventory.
Track competitor pricing, category trends and marketplace performance.
Recommend pricing, offers and promotional strategies to improve sales.
Use AI tools for listing content, creative generation, keyword research, trend analysis, sales analysis and reporting.
Prepare weekly reports covering sales, revenue, ad spend, ACOS/ROAS, returns and inventory.
Coordinate with design, production/warehouse and finance teams for content, stock replenishment and settlement reconciliation.
Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly eCommerce revenue targets.
Identify opportunities to launch products on new marketplaces, quick commerce platforms and cross-border/export eCommerce channels.

Candidate Profile

Any Graduate with minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in eCommerce/marketplace account management.
Proven experience managing seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho or similar platforms.
Hands-on experience with AI tools is mandatory.
Practical experience with Amazon PPC/Ads or other marketplace advertising.
Good understanding of ACOS, ROAS and marketplace sales performance.
Working knowledge of Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub and Meesho Supplier Panel.
Knowledge of catalogue upload, inventory management, order processing and account health.
Understanding of marketplace policies, compliance, disputes and claims.
Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
Good written English for product listings and marketplace communication.

Good to Have

Experience with quick commerce platforms.
Exposure to cross-border/export eCommerce.
Canva or Photoshop skills.
Experience in launching new marketplace/category channels.
Strong understanding of eCommerce growth strategies.
