Full job description

We are looking for a responsible and people-focused HR Manager to manage our complete HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee management, attendance, payroll coordination, onboarding, performance management, company policies, and maintaining a positive workplace environment.

The candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the confidence to handle employees and HR-related situations professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment and hiring process, from sourcing candidates to final selection.
Prepare job descriptions and post vacancies on appropriate platforms.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate final interviews.
Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, documentation, and orientation.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Manage attendance, leaves, late coming, and employee schedules.
Coordinate monthly payroll and ensure salary-related information is accurate and submitted on time.
Handle employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues professionally.
Monitor employee performance and coordinate performance reviews.
Implement and maintain company HR policies and procedures.
Manage employee disciplinary matters when required.
Conduct exit interviews and manage the employee separation process.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
Organize employee engagement activities and initiatives.
Ensure employees understand company rules, responsibilities, and workplace expectations.
Coordinate with management regarding staffing requirements and HR matters.
Prepare regular HR reports related to hiring, attendance, employee turnover, and performance.
Help create a professional, positive, and productive workplace culture.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in HR, Human Resources, Recruitment, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of recruitment and employee management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and people-management skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to handle employee issues calmly and professionally.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
