The Digital Marketing Internship is a 6-month practical learning opportunity designed for candidates who want to gain real-world experience in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Management
- Assist in managing company social media accounts.
- Create and schedule posts for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Maintain a consistent social media presence for the company.
- Monitor comments, messages, engagement, and audience interactions.
- Research current social media trends and identify relevant content opportunities.
2. Content Creation
- Create creative and informative social media posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.
- Develop content related to overseas nursing opportunities, recruitment, career opportunities, and company services.
- Assist in writing captions, headlines, promotional messages, and basic marketing copy.
- Use tools such as Canva and other content-creation platforms.
- Ensure content follows the company's brand guidelines and professional standards.
3. Digital Marketing Campaigns
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Support Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Assist with lead-generation campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign reach and engagement.
4. Lead Generation
- Assist in generating potential candidate leads through digital platforms.
- Support lead collection and follow-up activities.
- Maintain accurate lead information.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team regarding marketing-generated leads.
5. Online Promotion
- Promote the company's services and career opportunities through digital channels.
- Assist with recruitment campaigns for international nursing opportunities.
- Research suitable online platforms and communities for promotion.
- Support promotional activities for company events, recruitment drives, and campaigns.
6. Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor social media performance, reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Assist in tracking digital marketing campaign results.
- Prepare basic weekly and monthly marketing reports.
- Identify successful content and campaign strategies.
- Provide suggestions for improving online performance.
7. Market & Competitor Research
- Research digital marketing trends.
- Monitor competitor social media activities.
- Identify new content ideas and promotional opportunities.
- Research international recruitment and healthcare-related digital trends.
8. Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with the recruitment and management teams.
- Understand business requirements and create relevant marketing content.
- Participate in marketing meetings and brainstorming sessions.
- Complete assigned tasks within the required deadlines.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates who are:
- Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience in digital marketing.
- Interested in building a career in Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing.
- Students or graduates from Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Media, or related fields are preferred.
- Creative and interested in social media and online marketing.
