Full job description

JD for Admin cum Front office executive

Experience: 0 to 1 years (Receptionist/Front Office)
Education: Any Graduation or equivalent

Roles and Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests/visitors upon their arrival at the office.
Manage the front office by directing visitors, including vendors, clients, candidates, and customers, to the appropriate departments.
Screen incoming calls, direct them to the correct departments, and take accurate and complete messages.
Manage office stationery supplies and place orders as needed.
Handle routine office administrative duties efficiently.
Ensure the reception and office areas are clean, organized, and equipped with necessary stationery and materials.
Provide accurate and relevant information to visitors in person, over the phone, or via email.
Maintain office security by adhering to safety protocols and managing access through the reception desk (e.g., monitoring the logbook, issuing visitor badges).
Keep track of front office supplies and inventory.
Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare related vouchers.
Maintain updated records of office expenses and costs.
Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
Update paperwork, maintain documents, and manage word processing tasks.
Help organize and maintain common office areas.
Perform general office clerk duties and handle errands.
Coordinate events as needed.
Manage petty cash and office expenditure.
Create, maintain, and enter information into databases.
Goodies ordering, tracking and maintaining stock.
Manage housekeeping and security persons.
Should be ready to work on Saturday for half a day.
The admin responsibilities are not limited to those mentioned above and should be prepared to undertake additional tasks as they arise based on the needs of the office.

Requirements:

Skills:

Proven experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Representative.
Proficiency in Kannada and English (must be able to speak and read Kannada).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Sheets.
Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers).
Professional attitude and appearance.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive in problem-solving.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
A customer service-oriented attitude.
Should be a good team player
Quick learner

Preferences:

Preference for local candidates.
Must be fluent in Kannada (spoken and written).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
