Sustenergy Foundation is looking for young, enthusiastic female Electrical Engineers to join our growing team at major locations across India.
This is an excellent opportunity for a young engineer who wants to build a career combining practical electrical engineering, client interaction, business development and managerial skills.
The position is designed for candidates who are willing to learn beyond textbooks and develop practical exposure to Electrical Safety Audits, Energy Audits, Electrical Engineering Services and Industrial/Commercial Client Management.

Junior Electrical Engineer – Business Development & Technical Services
Locations
Thiruvananthapuram, Kochi,Kottayam, Kozhikode, Thrissur, Mangalore, Goa, Hyderabad, Chennai, Coimbatore, Mysuru.
Candidates will be assigned to their home locations based on business requirements and their suitability.
Experience
0–2 years
Fresh B.Tech graduates with the right attitude and aptitude are encouraged to apply.
Educational Qualification
B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering
Candidates with a strong interest in practical electrical engineering and client-facing roles will be preferred.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned geographical area.
- Identify potential industrial, commercial, institutional and other clients requiring engineering services.
- Establish contact with prospective clients and understand their requirements.
- Visit client locations as and when required.
- Present Sustenergy Foundation's services and explain the value of electrical safety and energy management.
- Prepare quotations/offers in coordination with the concerned Sustenergy office/team.
- Follow up with prospective clients and participate in discussions for converting enquiries into orders.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective clients.
- Develop long-term professional relationships with clients.
- Join auditing team as member to deliver the services including safety audits, energy audits, preparation of reports, presentation to clients etc
Engineering Services Coordination
The candidate will coordinate with the respective Sustenergy team for:
- Electrical Safety Audits
- Electrical Energy Audits
- Energy Efficiency Services
- Electrical System Assessments
- Other electrical engineering consultancy and technical services
She will coordinate client requirements, scheduling, documentation, service execution and completion.
Practical Engineering Exposure
The selected candidate will also get an opportunity to become part of the technical team during audits and engineering assignments.
Depending on the assignment, she may participate in:
- Electrical Safety Audits
- Energy Audits
- Electrical equipment inspections
- Electrical measurements and observations
- Identification of electrical safety risks
- Energy-saving opportunities
- Preparation of technical observations and reports
- Client discussions related to technical findings
This role is therefore not limited to sales. It provides an opportunity to develop practical knowledge of electrical systems while simultaneously developing business and managerial capabilities.

CompensationDuring Training
Basic Pay: ₹10,000 per month
In addition:
Attractive performance-based incentives will be provided based on business volume and successful business development.
Travel Expenses
All approved local and official travel expenses will be fully reimbursed.
Travel expenses incurred for client visits, engineering assignments and other official activities will be covered as per company policy.
After Training
Candidates who demonstrate good performance, learning ability, business development capability and professional commitment will receive a suitable salary increase after successful completion of the training programme.
