About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads on a freelance basis. This role is ideal for a hands-on performance marketer who is comfortable owning campaigns end-to-end — from strategy and audience targeting to budget allocation, conversion optimization, and reporting — and who can work independently in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Strategy & Execution

Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads
Define target audience segments, budget allocation, and bidding strategies
A/B test ad creatives, ad copy, landing pages, and CTAs to improve performance

2. Data Analysis & Optimization

Track and report on key KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate
Analyze funnel drop-offs and continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data
Leverage tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, and Meta Ads Manager to guide decision-making

3. Budget Management

Allocate and reallocate ad spend across channels based on real-time conversion performance
Ensure campaigns consistently meet CPA/ROAS targets aligned with business goals

4. Audience Targeting & Retargeting

Build custom and lookalike audiences across platforms
Design and execute retargeting/remarketing campaigns for non-converting users
Implement and manage pixel/tag tracking (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager) for precise targeting

5. Landing Page & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

Collaborate with design/development teams to optimize landing pages for conversions
Run structured tests on page elements (headlines, forms, CTAs) to improve conversion rates

6. Reporting & Insights

Prepare clear, actionable performance reports for stakeholders/clients
Translate data into insights — what's working, what isn't, and recommended next steps

7. Cross-Channel Coordination

Align paid media efforts with SEO, content, and social media for consistent messaging
Coordinate with sales/CRM teams to track and improve lead quality, not just lead volume

Requirements

Proven experience managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads, with demonstrable ROAS/CPA results
Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics/GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel
Solid understanding of funnel analysis, audience segmentation, and CRO principles
Ability to independently manage budgets and pacing across multiple channels
Strong analytical and reporting skills; comfortable presenting data-backed recommendations to stakeholders
Prior experience working with cross-functional teams (design, content, sales/CRM)
Self-driven, deadline-oriented, and able to work independently as a freelancer

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
