Performance Marketing Specialist

Location: Mohali, Punjab (On-site)
Experience Required: 3+ Years
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing & SEO Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Technical SEO and Lead Generation, with a strong focus on driving business growth through data-driven marketing strategies.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing paid advertising campaigns while leading end-to-end SEO initiatives to improve organic visibility, generate quality leads, and maximize return on investment.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing

Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
Manage lead generation campaigns and continuously improve conversion rates.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, audiences, keywords, and creatives.
Allocate and scale advertising budgets based on campaign performance and business objectives.
Implement and maintain conversion tracking using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools.
Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations to maximize ROI and reduce cost per lead.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Conduct keyword research and map target keywords to relevant landing pages.
Perform On-Page SEO including meta tags, headings, content optimization, internal linking, and URL optimization.
Execute Off-Page SEO activities such as backlink building, outreach, guest posting, and authority development.
Perform Technical SEO audits covering crawlability, indexing, site speed, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, and overall website health.
Work closely with developers to resolve technical SEO issues and improve website performance.
Monitor keyword rankings and implement strategies to increase organic traffic.

Website & Analytics

Optimize landing pages to improve user experience and conversion rates.
Track website performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and advertising platforms.
Generate weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.
Analyze user behavior and identify opportunities to improve marketing funnels and customer journeys.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing and SEO.
Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management.
In-depth understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
Experience in lead generation campaigns and conversion rate optimization.
Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar SEO tools.
Basic understanding of HTML, website structure, page speed optimization, and SEO best practices.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working on Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, or other high-intent lead generation campaigns.
Hands-on experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization.
Understanding of conversion funnels, user behavior analysis, and customer journey mapping.
Experience with CRM integrations and marketing automation tools will be an added advantage.
