Quality Analyst Executive – Academic Operations

iTutormind Digital Education LLP | Work From Home

Job Summary

iTutormind Digital Education LLP is looking for a Quality Analyst Executive – Academic Operations to monitor the quality of live 1:1 online tutoring sessions conducted through Microsoft Teams.

The role involves observing classes, evaluating tutor performance objectively, identifying genuine teaching-quality concerns, documenting observations, providing constructive feedback and supporting continuous tutor development.

Key Responsibilities

Observe live 1:1 online classes across Grades 1–12.
Evaluate classes for student engagement, understanding, participation, lesson flow, communication, professionalism and adherence to academic SOPs.
Assess whether tutors appropriately check prior knowledge, address doubts, adapt teaching to the student and provide opportunities for independent learning.
Complete structured QA Observation Forms after class observations.
Record clear, factual and evidence-based observations rather than personal opinions.
Identify strengths, priority improvement areas and recurring performance concerns.
Provide specific and actionable feedback for tutor improvement.
Recommend coaching, refresher training or follow-up observations wherever required.
Highlight serious academic, behavioural or SOP-related concerns to the Academic Coordinator/Management.
Maintain observation records, QA trackers and daily/periodic reports.
Support the Academic Team in identifying common training and development needs.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's/Master's degree; Education/Teaching background preferred.
Minimum 1 year of teaching, academic coordination, teacher training, classroom observation or education-quality experience preferred.
Strong understanding of teaching pedagogy and student-centred learning.
Excellent observation, analytical and documentation skills.
Strong written and spoken English.
Ability to provide constructive feedback professionally.
Comfortable working with Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Forms and Excel.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Must have a laptop, stable high-speed internet and a professional work-from-home setup.

The candidate must be able to distinguish between different teaching styles and genuine quality concerns and evaluate tutors primarily on their impact on student learning.
