Senior SEO ExecutiveJob Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior SEO Executive who can drive organic growth across Google Search and emerging AI-powered search platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and Microsoft Copilot. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical SEO expertise, a deep understanding of search intent, and hands-on experience in optimizing websites for both traditional search engines and Large Language Models (LLMs).

This role requires a data-driven professional who can develop comprehensive SEO strategies, optimize content for AI discovery, improve website performance, and collaborate closely with content, design, and development teams.

Key Responsibilities: Search Engine Optimization

Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and rankings.
Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
Optimize website architecture, internal linking, metadata, schema markup, and on-page SEO.
Perform technical SEO audits and work with developers to resolve issues.
Monitor Core Web Vitals, crawlability, indexation, and website health.
Manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonicalization, redirects, and structured data.
Track rankings, traffic, conversions, and SEO KPIs using GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.

AI Search & LLM Optimization (GEO)

Optimize website content for AI-powered search platforms including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and Microsoft Copilot.
Develop Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies to improve visibility in AI-generated search results.
Structure content using semantic SEO principles, entity optimization, topical authority, and E-E-A-T best practices.
Create AI-friendly content structures using FAQs, schema markup, knowledge panels, and well-organized information architecture.
Monitor emerging AI search trends and recommend optimization strategies for LLM discoverability.
Work with content teams to create high-quality, factually accurate, citation-worthy content.

Content Strategy

Create SEO content briefs based on keyword intent and user journey.
Optimize existing content for higher rankings and improved AI discoverability.
Identify content gaps and topical clusters.
Collaborate with copywriters to produce high-quality, search-optimized content.
Implement internal linking strategies to improve authority distribution.

Technical SEO

Conduct website audits using Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Search Console.
Improve page speed, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and mobile usability.
Identify and fix crawl errors, duplicate content, orphan pages, and indexing issues.
Collaborate with developers on SEO implementation.

Reporting & Analytics

Monitor keyword rankings, traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Prepare monthly SEO performance reports with actionable recommendations.
Analyze competitor strategies and identify growth opportunities.
Measure AI search visibility where applicable.
