Full job description

What You Will Own

1. Certification & Product Certification Business

Develop and close ISO certification and product certification business — ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001, 22000, 13485, 17025, 20000, 22301, 50001, Integrated Management Systems, Product Certification and other approved schemes.
Grow recurring revenue through surveillance, recertification, transfer of certification and additional-standard business.
Target corporate and institutional clients with multi-site and multi-standard requirements.

2. ISO Training Business

Sell awareness, internal auditor and lead auditor programmes, corporate/in-house training, online instructor-led and virtual training, self-learning and customised industry-specific programmes.
Build multi-course corporate training packages and recurring annual training contracts.
Cross-convert certification enquiries into training opportunities and vice versa.

3. Team Leadership

Lead, coach and review a team of two Business Coordination Officers carrying their own revenue targets.
Run daily activity and pipeline reviews, allocate leads, support quotation follow-up and objection handling, and step into high-value or escalated enquiries personally.
Drive corrective action plans where performance falls short, and build the team's selling capability through regular coaching.

4. Market Development & Sales Governance

Develop business across Pan India and the South Asian market — Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Maldives, Nepal and Myanmar.
Maintain a healthy, well-documented sales pipeline of approximately three times the monthly target, with complete stage, value and closure data.
Appoint and develop Business Associates / channel partners.
Deliver client presentations, drive cross-selling and up-selling, and maintain full ERP/MIS discipline.
Submit monthly product-wise, team-wise and country-wise business reports to management.

What We Are Looking For

Bachelor's / Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or a related discipline; MBA (Marketing) preferred.
8-12 years of B2B sales experience, including at least 3 years leading a sales or inside-sales team.
Demonstrable track record of achieving monthly and annual revenue targets in ISO certification, product certification, testing/inspection, training or professional services.
Experience managing a tele-sales / inside-sales team against revenue — not merely activity — targets.
Exposure to international business development, ideally in South Asia.
Working knowledge of ISO management system standards and how certification and training services are structured and priced.
Strong negotiation, presentation and closing skills, with confidence in front of senior client stakeholders.
Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems, MS Office / Google Workspace and MIS reporting.
Willingness to travel within India and overseas as required.

Good to Have

Prior experience with an accredited certification body or an accredited training organisation.
Existing network of consultants, channel partners or corporate clients in the quality, safety, food safety or information security space.
Internal auditor or lead auditor qualification in any ISO standard.
