Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and motivated AI Engineer Fresher to join our team. The ideal candidate will work on cutting-edge technologies including Large Language Models (LLMs), Voice Agents, Agentic AI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to build intelligent and interactive AI-driven solutions. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience and contribute to innovative AI projects in a dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop, train, and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for various applications.
Design and implement Voice Agent systems to enhance user interaction and engagement.
Work with Agentic AI frameworks to create autonomous intelligent agents capable of decision-making and task execution.
Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques to improve the accuracy and relevance of AI responses.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into existing products and platforms.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Stay updated with the latest AI research, tools, and frameworks to continuously enhance skills and project outcomes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
Strong foundational knowledge in Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts.
Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and NLP techniques.
Experience or coursework related to Voice Agent technologies and conversational AI is a plus.
Basic understanding of Agentic AI principles and autonomous agent systems.
Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) methodologies.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Good problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills and eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
